In one of those karma ways that only happens to mothers, I have a girl who LOVES pink despite all of my attempts to the contrary. So naturally her favorite animal is the pink flamingo and naturally when pink flamingos made their grand opening at the Nashville Zoo it was a must see.
Our Labor Day morning was spent ooohing and ahhhing these fascinating birds. Quinn couldn't get enough. She even wore her flamingo shirt and shorts just for the occasion.
