Oktoberfest

We celebrated Oktoberfest in the Erim household this weekend by making some homemade soft pretzels. Quinn was an excellent helper and mixed all the ingredients and kneaded the dough.

Greyson preferred to make a hockey rink out of blocks.

But it was all hands on deck for the twisting of the knots.

We enjoyed our pretzels with some sausages at lunch - very German and a wonderful excuse for Raif and I to have beer in the afternoon!!
